It is probably that EU will allow more import in this year also for sugar comming from third countries per reduced levy. That means for white sugar and also raw sugar.

According to info, EU released 150,000 tons of sugar quota surplus for sale on the free market. Levy was reduced from 500 Eur/t to 224 Eur/t. Currently price of EU sugar is in level 730-740 Eur/t.
