Russia: Wheat export duty min 35 Eur/t

Russian Government plans to impose export controls for wheat. Their goal is to protect local market, but also to take more money from profits of big exporters. There will be tougher quality monitoring and less railway loading support.

State Railways plans to raise its tariffs by 13.4%. This will make more problems to this business. Duty on wheat exports will be 15 percent of the customs price plus 7.5 Eur and would be no less than 35 Eur/t (43 USD/t). WIll last from 1st Febuary until 30th June 2015.
